Every AllowID site controller has this API on its console port, on your own network: https://<controller>:8444/api/v1. Make a key on the controller's console (Settings → API keys). It is the way to enrol a palm at a named reader, now, and to manage the controller's people when your company keeps no shared directory.

To try it, open https://<controller>:8444/api/docs on a computer on the same network: the controller serves this same page itself. A browser cannot reach your controller from here — it is on your network, not on the internet — so this copy is for reading.
